FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What is the lead time to receive my products?
A: You will receive your products in approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
Q: Are the beds installed by your company or are they installed by the customer?
A: There are two answers to this question
-
The customer can do a self install if they want to, OR for an added 10% of the total you can have it professionally installed by us. Plan on about 2 hours if we install. The floor space will need to be completley cleared during the install.
Q: What kind of mattress is used?
A: Most conventional mattresses will fit comfortably on the Murphy bed
Q: Do the beds require and maintenance or lubrication?
A: No our beds are maintenance free, safe, reliable and most of all extremley comfortable !
